POLICIES AND PROCEDURES: Please submit lasers with every job (separated if seps are being done).
Customer agrees to thoroughly proof materials before reproducing, without exception. Page One's
liability for any errors, even if due to our own negligence shall not exceed the amount of the
work performed, regardless of the loss to the customer. All prices include crops except where
crops increase page size significantly, such as in Adobe Illustrator. Prices are based on "normal"
files and are subject to variation. "Processing Intensive" files are subject to extended turnaround.
Volume discounts are based on the number of pages within each file. Multiple files cannot be combined
for a larger quantity discount due to setup time. All turnaround times are estimates only and are
never guaranteed. Film and paper turnaround times are based on letter size pages at normal resolution.
Turnaround begins when all necessary elements to print file are in house. Film, color separations,
larger document sizes, processing intensive files, or files with problems will take longer. Work on
your file normally begins shortly before job is due. A file cannot be previewed to verify if all of
its components are here prior to its order in the production queue.
AGREEMENT: By submitting job customer agrees to the following: Page One assumes no liability for
loss or damage to customer supplied materials. Customer agrees not to supply originals. Page One's
liability for errors, even if due to our negligence, shall at no time exceed the cost of the
typesetting materials involved regardless of loss to customer. Customer agrees to proof all
materials before reproducing and will hold Page One harmless for additional costs in the event
of an error. Final responsibility for proofing rests with customer and/or his agents.
